I would rate it 0 stars if that option was possible. The customer service i have received has been absolutely appalling. i requested a refund as my order has been incorrect and zhu has been arguing with me about it for months. he would not give me a refund nor give me the contact details for his manager. He confirmed that the fabric of the material i asked for was incorrect and told me he would add a free suit into my bulk order. I said i won’t be placing a bulk order until i’m satisfied with my sample where he recanted his statement and told me my order was correct. I’m utterly disappointed with the service.

At that time, it was the weekend and I was not in the company.When I came to the company on workday to verify your production list, we found that the fabric and color were produced according to your needs. After I explained it to you, you insisted that it was our mistake. You said the color was wrong, and I took a photo of the sample and compared it with the color you selected. You said the fabric was wrong, and I sent the fabric to you for verification. You lied that you went for fabric testing, but did not provide us with a testing report.We have made the samples according to your requirements. We took photos and sent them to you for verification after the production was completed. After receiving your confirmation, we sent out the samples.But after you receive the samples,You said they were wrong and requested us to replace the black and cotton polyester blend fabric and make another set for you free of charge.
